Dissatisfied with your Dishyface? We accept returns within 30-days of the order date. Returns will be fully refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping fees. The product must be undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please email dishy@dishyface.com to initiate a return.

Orders are being fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Order expected to ship within 3 days of purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the Dishyface Terminal Cover ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Product.

2. Limitation of Liability

Dishyface shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to satellite internet hardware caused by the installation, use, or removal of the Product.

3. Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the Product is compatible with your satellite internet hardware. Dishyface makes no representations or warranties regarding compatibility.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dishyface, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to the use of the Product (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

5. Modification of Terms

Dishyface reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Product following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.

6. Environment Advisory

The Dishyface Terminal Cover is not intended for extended use in high temperature environments. Exposure to high temperatures may risk overheating the satellite internet terminal. Dishyface or satellite terminal original equipment manufacturers shall not be liable for any damages, malfunctions, or performance issues resulting from the use of the Product in any environment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dishyface operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Manufacturer Waiver

It is expressly agreed that the manufacturers of the satellite internet terminal hardware, with which the Dishyface Terminal Cover is used, shall have no right to sue or make claims against Dishyface for any reason, including but not limited to claims related to the Product's compatibility, functionality, or impact on the satellite internet terminal hardware. This waiver extends to any legal action, liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, related to the use of the Dishyface Terminal Cover.

9. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. You further agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Dishyface regarding the Product.
